Winter Gem, a popular dessert variety, frequently winning flavour contests. Heavy yields of pink apples of outstanding quality. Crisp, juicy and aromatic. An easy to grow, late-season variety, fruits from October. Excellent storing qualities can be kept until March. A dwarf reaching a mature height of up to 2.5m (8′) This variety is not self-fertile so for heavier crops, grow with another variety or with one nearby to act as a pollinator.
